Copyright and Takedown Process
Initial draft — final legal review required before public launchSite2Social users must have the right to submit, adapt, and publish website content and brand assets.
Notice
A complete notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the reporter’s contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and a signature. The final operating entity must designate a verified intake address before launch.
Response
Site2Social may restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice. The customer may be informed and may have an opportunity to respond. Counter-notice requirements, repeat-infringer policy, agent designation, and jurisdiction-specific procedures require final legal review.
No misuse
Submitting a knowingly false notice or counter-notice may have legal consequences. Site2Social may reject incomplete, abusive, or unrelated requests.
