Help & support
Free beta · Effective September 26, 2026For help with Site2Social, email brian@webassethouse.com. Support is handled by the operator. There is no guaranteed response time during the free beta.
Resume your saved setup
Sign in using the same account and sign-in method, open your business in the dashboard, then choose its platform. Saved drafts and progress follow that account to another device. Unsaved changes stay in the original tab. If a business is missing, check the signed-in account before creating another one.
Report a save or transfer problem
Include the platform, step, approximate time and time zone, browser and device, and the exact error or support reference. Say whether the problem remains after returning to the saved setup. Do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery codes, tokens or private account screenshots.
If saving fails, keep the current tab open and copy any unsaved text somewhere you control. Do not assume a change was saved until Site2Social confirms it. A stale-revision message means another tab saved newer information; reopen the saved business before reapplying your edits.
Use the optional desktop helper
The helper requires desktop Chrome or Edge and manual installation from the downloadable ZIP. A ZIP is not an approved Chrome Web Store listing. Use version 0.5 or later. Keep your approved Site2Social setup tab open while filling the matching platform form. If the transfer expires, the business changes or the tab closes, take the approved fields again.
If installation is blocked, use the Copy buttons in your setup. If the platform contains different text, review or clear only the fields you intend to replace before retrying. The helper will not overwrite those fields, upload images, submit a form or complete verification.
Finish on your phone
Use the Copy and image download controls in your saved setup. Open an image and use your phone’s save-image controls if the platform requires a photo from your library. Add Instagram’s website link in the Instagram app under Edit profile → Links. If your phone does not offer LinkedIn Page creation, resume on a computer with the same Site2Social account.
Provider checks and unavailable usernames
Complete identity, eligibility and verification checks inside the platform. Save the verification checkpoint in Site2Social and work on another platform while waiting. If a username or Page address is unavailable, edit and approve a new suggestion in Site2Social before transferring it. Keep any profile already created; do not create a duplicate.
Completion, deletion and recovery
Mark a profile ready only after checking its approved content and images, recording its public link, and confirming you can sign in and edit it yourself. Instagram also needs Business status. Site2Social records your confirmation separately from provider verification.
See account and data deletion for removal instructions. Hosted backup, deleted-file recovery and retention windows remain unverified. Source-code rollback does not restore customer data. Keep your own copies of content and images; contact support promptly if saved data appears missing.
