Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Site2Social’s free beta. Please read them with the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

You may submit only websites and social resources that you own or are authorized to manage. You must provide accurate information, review generated materials, select the correct external resource, and approve each action before execution.

No provider affiliation

Site2Social is independent software and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any social platform. Provider terms, limits, approvals, pricing, and availability control their services and may change.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and suitability of approved content and for permissions needed to publish it. Site2Social may identify unsupported actions and provide assisted manual steps. It does not promise that every field can be changed through an API.

Guided setup and optional helper

Profile previews are proposed layouts and may differ from the platform’s current display. Guided Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn setup does not guarantee an available username, account eligibility or successful profile creation. You control platform sign-in, verification, acceptance of its terms and final submission. The optional browser helper fills supported public fields after approval; it does not replace your review or submit the form. Your saved completion confirmation is not independent platform verification. You retain control of the external account, and deleting Site2Social data does not delete that account.

Free beta and availability

Site2Social currently charges no fee for the guided setup described here. A social platform or browser store may impose its own requirements or charges. Site2Social will present any future paid offer and its terms before you choose to purchase it.

Features may change, become unavailable or be discontinued, including when a provider changes its form, rules or access requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, approval by a platform, a particular setup time or recovery of deleted data. Keep copies of your approved content and images. Hosted backup and recovery have not been verified.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit Site2Social and its service providers to process and store it as needed to provide the features you request. An approval authorizes only the displayed action; it does not authorize unrelated publication. You are responsible for maintaining independent access to your external accounts.

Ending use and resolving problems

You may stop using Site2Social and delete your businesses or account through the dashboard. External profiles and provider grants remain separate. We may limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law. Contact support to report a problem or request review of a restriction.

Service limitations and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free beta is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Updates

We will post updated terms here with an effective date. Material changes will be identified through the service before they take effect where required by law. Contact us before continuing if you have questions.

Prohibited conduct

You may not attempt unauthorized access, submit deceptive or unlawful content, evade provider safeguards, collect third-party credentials, interfere with the service, or use Site2Social to violate another person’s rights.
